Stayed here for 7 nights and truly enjoyed our choice. The hotel provided amazing prices. The staff was amicable and fantastic friendly and made us feel comfortable. The room was well-equipped and huge and offered central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels...

We had a fairly nice experience during our 3-night stay at Villa Val Senart 1Ere Avenue. the hotel is conveniently located close to a retail park with a shopping center, a bowling alley, and several antique markets, including the best general market in St Ouen. having a Denny's restaurant nearby made it convenient for us to grab a meal.

Location was no where to be found on multiple GPS's- even the locals couldnt find it. We arrived late the first night after the staff had left for the evening. Desk hours are from 0700-2000. We called the after hours number with no answer. Ended up spending the night in a dump hotel nearby. The manager did reimburse us for the money spent in the dump but it was still €30 less than what we had paid them for a night in their hotel. We left the hotel at 0720 and there was no one at the desk to check us out. Unless you have a reason to be in Quincy sous Senart I wouldnt recommend it.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to Paris with a railway station nearby. 30 min to the centre of Paris. It was very convenient to be able to park the car outside the hotel for free and take the train. There is also a shopping centre nearby with all that you need. The english and french speaking reception was very friendly, service minded and supportive. They called us the day before the arrival and informed about the reception in case of late arrival.

This place has a convenient location with a bakery, supermarket nearby and a bus stop right across the street, which is great for getting around easily.

When thinking the location near Paris, Val Senart is very good: by RER-train quickly to Paris. The great supermarket was also near and easy to access. The stuff was helpfull, and cleaning was very efficient. In the nights the place was silent.
Our room was very near the parking place of the hypermarket, cars were noisy and the pollution of these were quite high.

The closed parking.
Breakfast very poor compared to what was promised on their site E.G. not enough yogurts for the number of people there, etc.. The dining room was not cleaned up. The fact that the reception closes at 6pm on week-ends is quite constraining.

Disgusting!
Location is awful, located in Zone 5 - far from city center. You should buy ticket for zone 1-6, not for zone 1-3, be ready to pay extra 20 euro for 3 day ticket (Paris visit card). Clean: very dirty. When we saw our room at first time it looks like somebody was start cleaning but have not finished. Our towels were dirty – somebody’s black foot print was on the towel. They do not clean room every day. Awful. Breakfast: no breakfast. Parking: when we were ordering room we saw that hotel has private parking (reservation is needed). We reserved parking place. Before our trip we send them one more letter to confirm our parking again and received response that now hotel is modified and has no parking place! It means that if we did not send them letter we would not know about this till arriving. They propose us to park our car near supermarket or on parking places near hotel for extra 288 euro per 3 days! Staff: awful. When we ordered a room we have sent them few letters for confirming our reservation (we needed confirmation about reservation on their company hotel form with their stamp and signature for embassy for getting visas). 2 weeks – no answers. We sent letter again – no answer. We have called them – they told us that they have more important tasks then our letter! But they promised us to send confirmation today. 4 days in a row we called them and situation was the same – no confirmation only their promises. As a result – no confirmation which we needed. They are rude and not helpful. We will not recommend this hotel - never!!!
